My most positive car-buying experience! I never imagined it was possible to have such a happy & easy experience. CARite of Southwest Michigan has some fantastic people that genuinely want you to be satisfied with your car-buying experience. Everyone from the GM, sales and the service team added to an awesome, easy,...and actually fun experience. Pete, the GM, will work around the clock to ensure each customer is happy with the whole experience at this location. Kirstin was my assigned salesperson, and her goal is that when a customer drives off the lot, they are happy with the selected vehicle. The service team not only met my request but also took the time to explain some details about my new car that I would not have known otherwise. Finally, Regina and Pete ensured all my cross-state sales paperwork was put together correctly. Imagine purchasing a car in a hassle-free, friendly, low-stress, transparent, and accommodating dealership. I've already begun referring my friends here for their next purchase.
